Made with white grape must in Modena, Italy, our white peach balsamic is a crisp fruity balsamic vinegar with a touch of sweetness and balanced acidity. It's extremely adaptable and can be used to make light, tart vinaigrette. Use to marinate pork or poultry, in mixed drinks or add a splash to your sparkling water for a delightful, refreshing beverage.

Peach Vinaigrette

DESCRIPTION

This sweet vinaigrette is the perfect light dressing for a salad!

INGREDIENTS

1 375 ml. Bottle Olive Basin Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 c. Blended Oil
A Pinch Kosher Salt
A Pinch Black Pepper
A Pinch Cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly.

Great on 3 Bean salad!

I make a 3 bean salad with garbanzo beans, kidney or white beans and string beans. I then add some thin sliced cucumber and red onion and 2 or 3 chopped tomatoes, a little olive oil and salt and the white peach balsamic. It is delicious!

Although I was impressed by the flavor in the tasting room, I was still skeptical about putting this in my iced tea as a healthier alternative to syrup, but I was game to try it. So glad I did. It provides the perfect amount of sweetness with all of the benefits of balsamic vinegar. Love it!

After trying this myself, I sent a bottle of the Peach White Balsamic to my sister who lives in the Peachtree state of Georgia. She thought that it was so great that she mentioned that she'd like to "drink" it. It is fabulous!

Wonderful balsamic, great on salads and ice cream!
